Five kinds of partner, one way of working.
Builders
Builders and general contractors- Kitchens, vanities, closets and built-ins scheduled against your construction programme rather than ours. You get a delivery date before you commit to one with your client, and a phone call the moment anything threatens it.
Designers
Interior designers- We build to your drawings and your specification, and we do not take your client. Your name stays on the design, we deal with you, and we invoice you. If a detail will not survive contact with the site, you hear it from us before it is cut.
Property
Property managers- Repeat cabinetry across a portfolio: kitchens and vanities that can be rolled out unit to unit on one specification, or matched to what is already installed so a single suite does not stand out after a turnover.
Investment
Real-estate investors- Flips, rentals and pre-sale refreshes, where the calendar and the cost per unit matter as much as the finish. We will tell you plainly where money shows in a photograph and where it disappears behind a door.
Renovators
Renovators and trades- Millwork supplied to site for renovators running their own crews — supply-only, or supplied and installed by us if your schedule is tighter than your labour. Either way the drawings arrive with it.
Everything a trade account needs, and nothing it does not.
- Trade pricing on application
- Terms depend on volume, how often you order, and how much of the install you take on yourself. Send us what you have coming and we will put real numbers against it. Whatever we agree is confirmed in writing before you place an order, not implied.
- Drawings and specification support
- Dimensioned plans, elevations and a written specification you can issue straight to site. Bring us your own drawings and we will build to them, flagging any clearance, service run or appliance dimension that will not work before anything is cut.
- Site coordination
- We work to your programme: template once the substrate is in, deliver when the room can actually receive cabinetry, and install around the other trades instead of on top of them. Access dates are agreed rather than assumed.
- Volume and multi-unit
- Repeat layouts across a floor, a building or a subdivision, held to the same specification unit to unit. Production is sequenced so units land in the order your site needs them, not in the order they were drawn.
- Commercial millwork
- Reception desks, boardroom and back-of-house casework, retail fixtures, service counters and washroom vanities — built in the same shop, to the same standard, as the residential kitchens.

Residential and commercial work leaves the same shop.
Working together
A schedule holds when both sides know what they owe each other.
What you can expect from us
- Lead times up front
- A real date before you commit to one with your client, and an early call if anything moves it. We would rather give you a date you can hold than a date that sounds good on the phone.
- A single point of contact
- One person who knows the project, answers the phone, and does not pass you along a chain. They stay with it from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.
- Tidy installers
- Dust sheets down before anything comes in, offcuts out at the end of the day, and the room swept before the van leaves. Your client is usually standing there watching.
- Drawings your trades can build to
- Elevations and service locations issued before first fix, so the electrician and the plumber are not guessing where the outlet behind the pantry is meant to land.
What we need from you
- Site access
- Confirmed access on the agreed dates, and a room genuinely ready to receive cabinetry: walls closed, floors down where they should be, power on, and no other trade booked into the same space.
- Dimensions
- Final site dimensions, and early notice when something moves. A wall relocated after templating changes more than the one cabinet standing against it.
- Decision dates
- Doors, finishes, hardware and appliance models confirmed by the dates in the schedule. Production starts from a signed specification, never from a likely one.
- One decision-maker
- Someone on your side who can approve a change without convening a meeting, so we are not holding a cut list for a week over a handle choice.
Send us what you have coming.
Include in your enquiry
The scope and the number of units or rooms involved
Site address, or at least the city, so we can check it against our coverage
Target dates — templating, delivery and install if you have them
Drawings or a specification, if the design is already settled
Whether you want supply-only or supply and install
Nothing formal required — a paragraph and a set of dates is enough to start. We reply with lead times and an indication of pricing, then confirm terms in writing once the scope is settled.
What partners ask first.
It is available on application rather than published, because the terms depend on volume, how often you order, and how much of the installation you handle yourself. Send us a scope and we will quote it, then confirm the terms in writing before you place an order so there is nothing to argue about later.
No. On a designer or builder project you hold the relationship. We correspond with you, we invoice you, and our name goes no further than you want it to. If you would rather we appear on site in unbranded clothing and let you make the introductions, say so and that is what happens.
Yes. We build to your drawings and your specification. Before anything is cut we check the dimensions, clearances, appliance sizes and service locations against the real site, and we come back to you with anything that will not work rather than quietly changing it.
Yes. Supply-only suits renovators and builders running their own crews. You still receive the dimensioned elevations and the service locations with the delivery, so your installers are not working out the layout on the day the cabinetry lands.

Send the scope. We will send the dates.
Tell us what is coming and when it lands, and we will come back with lead times, trade pricing and the drawings your trades need. If it is easier to talk it through in a house, a consultant will meet you on site.
