Hamilton sits about fifteen minutes from our Ancaster office, so most of the city is a short drive: Westdale and Durand by way of Main Street, Stoney Creek and Waterdown a little further out. No travel charge applies anywhere in the city. Evening appointments are easy to arrange if a weekday afternoon does not suit.

Ancaster is the office, so a visit here is a five-minute drive. Same-week appointments are usually available, and if you want to compare two door styles side by side in your own light we can bring the second set back without it becoming a production.

Burlington is about twenty-five minutes from the Ancaster office, straight along the QEW or over the Skyway depending on the hour. There is no travel charge and no minimum project size for a visit. Consultants carry the full sample case, so a Roseland appointment gets exactly the same materials on the table as one down the street from us.

Oakville is roughly thirty-five minutes from Ancaster on the QEW, and we plan appointments around the rush rather than through it. The drive is on us: no travel charge to any Oakville address, and no obligation once the estimate is in your hands.

Mississauga
Mississauga is about forty-five minutes from Ancaster with clear traffic, so we schedule around the QEW instead of fighting it — mid-morning, early afternoon or evening. Distance makes no difference to the cost: the visit, the design and the estimate are free, and the consultant brings the same full sample case.

Cambridge is roughly thirty-five minutes from Ancaster along Highway 8 and the 401. We are in the region every week, so appointments in Galt, Preston or Hespeler are straightforward to schedule, and none of the driving appears on your estimate.

Kitchener is about forty-five minutes from the Ancaster office by way of Highway 8. Appointments across the region are grouped onto the same days, so the earliest available slot is often mid-week. No travel charge applies, and the estimate that follows is free either way.

Waterloo is around fifty minutes from Ancaster, the longest regular drive we make west. Rather than a quick stop, a Waterloo visit is booked as a proper appointment — usually about ninety minutes, with time to look at more than one room. No travel charge, and no obligation at the end.

The GTHA is our longest drive — an hour or more into central Toronto, further again into York Region depending on the day. We still come at no charge, and the visit is planned to be worth the trip: a full walkthrough, measurements, the complete sample case and time to discuss more than one room.

Brant County is a straightforward twenty-five minutes from Ancaster, most of it on Highway 403. Brantford, Paris and St. George are comfortable same-day visits, and a farm property past Burford does not turn into an expedition. Nothing about the drive appears on your estimate.

Norfolk County is roughly fifty minutes from our Ancaster office, down Highway 24 through Waterford. It is a regular run for us: no travel charge to Simcoe, Port Dover, Delhi or Port Rowan, and there is time in the appointment to look at more than one room while we are there.

Haldimand is about forty minutes from Ancaster, most of it straight down Highway 6 through Caledonia, with Dunnville and the shoreline a little further on. We come out at no charge, and appointments in this direction can usually be booked inside the week.
