The project
The lower level carries a bar in dark espresso cabinetry with a white quartz counter and a raised serving ledge, set between tall units either side. Two pendants hang over the working side, and a sink is set into the counter.
A study desk is built along the wall beside a stone fireplace, with a solid timber top running the length of the run over a drawer pedestal in the same espresso finish and brass pulls.
Bathrooms are fitted with gloss slab vanities on long brass bar pulls, under quartz tops with undermount basins and gold-framed mirrors above. A separate drawer bank in white sits on a wood floor elsewhere in the house, on black pulls rather than brass.
