Donut shop service area with white slab counters, stainless equipment and a hexagonal tiled floor

Commercial Millwork

Drapper Daunuts — Service Counters and Back of House

Counters and cabinetry for a donut shop: white slab fronts, much of the run handleless, with walnut accent units and a stone-topped condiment station.

The project

The working counters are white slab, and much of the run carries no handles at all — fronts sit flush and open without hardware, which keeps a wipe-down surface clear of anything that catches. Counters are cut around the ice machine, the undercounter refrigeration and the drinks equipment.

Walnut is used for the customer-facing pieces: a tall lockable cabinet, and the base of the condiment station standing against the shop's striped brand wall under a stone top.

Back-of-house cabinetry is the same white slab with adjustable shelving behind the doors, set on a recessed base over the hexagonal tiled floor.
