The project
The service run is white gloss slab on brass bar pulls, under granite counters carrying the till, the drinks equipment and the pass. Cabinetry is built tight against the stainless equipment, with cut-outs taken around it rather than gaps left beside it.
A separate service counter stands against the painted mural wall, faced in dark panelling with a white band above and a stone top, set clear of the floor on a recessed base.
The dining side carries a long run beneath a timber feature wall, lit by a brass pendant, with the same white gloss fronts continuing behind the counter.
