- 01Toronto semis and narrow lots
- Main floors thirteen to sixteen feet wide with a staircase down one side leave a single usable wall for a kitchen. Integrated counter-depth appliances, a 450mm dishwasher where the run is genuinely tight, a full-height pantry wall and drawers instead of doors are what make these plans work.
- 02Etobicoke and midtown houses, 1930s to 50s
- Solid brick, plaster walls, a small kitchen at the rear and a side door that has to stay where it is. Structural openings need an engineered beam and a permit, and we prepare the drawings and coordinate the trades so you are not managing five phone numbers.
- 03Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham estate homes
- Large kitchens with a working pantry behind the main space, a servery through to the dining room, and cabinetry expected to read as furniture. Book-matched walnut veneer, rift-cut oak and 2K super-matte lacquer, with every appliance panelled into the run, are the usual specification at this level.
- 04Downtown condominiums
- Concrete ceilings, no gas line, tight elevator dimensions and a board with a rulebook. Cabinetry is built in modules sized to the service elevator, gloss acrylic fronts are wrapped until the last stage, and the insurance certificate and loading dock booking are handled before a delivery date gets confirmed.

Book a Consultation
Call the Ancaster office or send a note through the site and we will find a time that suits your week, evenings and Saturdays included. Before the appointment we ask a few questions about the room, the budget range you have in mind and how the space is actually used day to day.

We Come to You
A design consultant arrives at your home with a case of slab door samples in super-matte, gloss, textured melamine and veneer, plus gola and finger-pull sections you can put your hand into, hinges and runners to work, edge profiles and finish boards. We walk the room together, talk through what is not working now, and hold finishes up against your own floors, counters and light.
You see every finish and opening system in the room it is meant for, with no drive and no showroom floor.

Design & Estimate
We take measurements if you would like us to, then prepare a computerized design with plan, elevations and 3D views drawn to your room's real dimensions. The estimate that follows itemizes cabinetry, surfaces, hardware and labour, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
You receive drawings and a detailed written estimate, free and with absolutely no obligation.

Production & Coordination
Once the drawings are signed off, doors, boxes and drawer fronts go into production and the countertop template is booked. Deliveries and trades are sequenced so material does not sit in your garage for six weeks waiting on something else to arrive.
You get a production schedule with the dates that affect your household marked on it.

Professional Installation
Installers protect floors and stair runs before anything comes through the door, then set and shim the frameless boxes dead level and scribe the end panels to the wall. Fronts are adjusted at the end of the install until the reveals read consistently at 3mm across the run and the gola channel lines through from one end of the kitchen to the other.
You get a swept site each evening and one point of contact for the length of the installation.

Final Inspection & Completion
We walk the finished room with you and write down anything that is not right, from a hinge that wants a quarter turn to a filler that needs trimming. Nothing is called complete until that list is empty and you have signed off on it.
You receive care instructions, spare hardware and the warranty in writing.

No. The consultation and the estimate are free anywhere we work, and the price of the cabinetry does not shift with the postal code. Delivery and installation logistics are built into the quoted figure, so the number on the estimate is the number you pay.
Whichever one you live in. Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham and Brampton each run their own building department and their timelines differ. We prepare the drawings, submit the application and follow it through, and you are told during design whether a permit applies and roughly what it adds to the schedule.
It is routine. Boards typically want a certificate of insurance, a booked service elevator, protected corridors and work kept to set hours. We file that paperwork, size the cabinetry modules to the elevator rather than the truck, and clear debris the same day instead of leaving it in the bin room.
Your project is scheduled as a continuous block rather than as odd days squeezed between closer jobs. Crews arrive and stay until the stage is finished, one person is your point of contact from the first design visit through to completion, and the schedule is written down and agreed before the first delivery.
